  3. Yes you can legally. What type of visa is important if you want to immigrate and how you should do it. If he/she will be moving to your country check their laws.

  4. Marriage does not require a Visa or other immigration document - just the licensing from the jurisdiction you are getting married in.

    As for your immigration status, I suppose the first thing to ask is: do you even **want** to become a U.S. citizen?  If so, then I'll include a link below to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service's website. It has all the information you will need to get yourself on the track to establishing your citizenship.

    However, if you're not looking to become a citizen (or a semi-permanent non-resident), then it's no hassle - just stick around until your visa is about to expire and chalk it up to a great vacation with one heck of a souvenir!
