Absolutely not. The H1B is a non-resident visa.

Only American citizens can file a fiance petition. Your fiance could bring you to the US on an H4 visa after you're married, but not before. You would certainly be able to study on an H4 visa, but you wouldn't be able to work.

You can't study on a fiance visa. after all the processes are finalized and you recieve your documentation to become a permanent resident than you are able to study.
