Go to the US Department of State web site. About the only way for you to become a legal immigrant to the US is to enter and win in the immigration lottery. It is all explained on this website. Your chances of this actually happening are extremely slim. Something like 5 million people apply every year and only 50,000 are accepted. The US doesn't give out many visas to move here.
