I'm an about-to-graduate medicine student in India, can someone help me with this question?

I'm in my final year in a medical college in India, I want to continue my career in the U.S.A. but I have absolutely no idea where to start. I have some basic ideas about the USMLE, but thats all. I want to become a cardiologist, but what should I actually do to:

(i) first of all get into a college into the U.S.A.

(ii)pursue my choice of becoming a cardiologist

If you want to continue your career in the USA, why did you start it in India? Is it easier there? Because it is the stigma that goes along with it.

I am genuinely curious.
