I'm an architect with 4 years experience and i got an offer from a mid-scale architectural office in sharjah

for 12000AED including accommodation & transportaion allowances. i'm married and i have one child. is that a good offer or shall i search for a better one?!!!

It seems the 12000 is inclusive of accommodation and transportation... a good idea would be to check if you can find accommodation and see the percentage of it from your salary... sharjah is not expensive  to live in (compared to Dubai) and you might not require much transportation expenses (find a place close by to the office)

now does your child need school? check school fees around the same area and its percentage too... may be your wife can also get a light job too...

life is getting expensive here, so come on your own for 2-3 months first (get them to give you company accommodation) then you can judge for yourself and search for a good place without pressure...

i used to live in abu dhabi for 7 yrs and with how the companies there pay for all the expenses as far as utilities then everything should be good with 12000 dhs...and being married with that much would be a great start for you...i would have one concern though, the medical aspect especially for the child..if the insurance they provide is great, than take it!
