I'm an aussie living in malaysia. is there any identification card i can get that proves my age?

our malaysian green cards do not state our birthdate.

it is a hassle to carry our passports around.

does the australian embassy or malaysian govt. provide any id cards with our age?

Well, I'm Malaysian. Don't carry your passport around, there's many robbery cases here. The ID card is blue in colour and your birthday is state in it. (eg. 870318-11-XXX2) which is means your birthday is 18th of March born in 1987, the number in the middle is your state code, the state you apply for your ID. and the number behind state according to your gender. 2,4,6,8,0= female. 1,3,5,7,9= male.
