I'm an electrician,and was taught on the 14th edition.?

I then later did the 15th edtion when it came out,for the extra 10p. Didn't do the 16th edition, but can anyone tell me will I HAVE to do the 17th edition. And what happens if you dont do it? A question for all you UK sparks out there.

  1. So long as you test & cert to the 17th edition, and so comply with EAWR (and Approved document Pee if you do domestics) then you certainly don't have to take the C&G 17th edition exam.

    Only reason to take it would be to comply with the scam providers requirements or if your employer (or prospective employer) required you to hold the qual.


  2. I would be more concerned about part p compliance if it were me!
