  1. Congratulations on getting engaged to be Married!

Why not choose a neutral venue if none of the countries are obliging to your plea :( and it is very sad that during the time of happiness and bliss in marriage they bring politics.

My suggestion would be to have the event in Dubai, as getting the visa for Dubai would be easy.

I am sure obtaining the visa after marriage will not pose problems as you would be legally Husband and Wife.

    Best of Luck

  2. Why not both of you try to get to the third country?

  3. This is one of the toughest situation unless you work harder for it. If you are really getting married and this question is not just out of the box then please appeal to Higher Authority in India and in Pakistan.

You want to write to Indian Prime Minister or write to Rahul Gandhi. I promise steps will be taken to get you there.

Also consult media, not to get you popular ofcourse, but these days media is the powerful weapon common man has to get deserved service from the Government.

PLEASE, speak up to the officials. As they say or sent a notice to you that you VISA is denied, do NOT just sit and say OK, or I will try again. Ask them the reason. Remind them of marriage law.

I hope everything works good for you.

  4. Muslims avoid giving daughters to non-muslims.

  6. If your fiance can get out PK go to a neutral Country and get marry...be sure  that this neutral country can issue a visa to both of you to do what you have to do, and also if this neutral country  allows  marriages to be perform among foreign visitors...and most important- you marriage  that will be done in this  neutral country to be acceptable plus recognisable by INDIA & PAKISTAN.  Good luck  & until then Just pray & hope for the best.-  Also check in the Internet I am sure other INDIAN  & PAKISTANIAN people had the same problem find out how they handle it.

  7. you have tried 3 times and failed. i think it is a sign of troubles ahead. how did you ever meet? how do you marry someone who can't leave their country and even meet their "fiance"? be brave, she will never be happy after breaking off ties with her family and saying farewell to her country for ever. you will be unhappy after converting and leaving your family and country for ever. life is so hard anyway, why make it unbearable for yourself and the unfortunae girl. neutral countries? how can you both live without any family connections? muslims will never tolerate a hindu son-in-law. if you want, you can abandon your faith and convert. then PK will welcome you with open arms, no need to worry about anything, you will get your visa. and the hindus will be happy to lose a wimp.
