I need to stay off high-pounding running. Which simulates running better?

  1. The elliptical is better than the bike.  However, you should only do it if it does not aggrevate the running injury.  If you can't use the elliptical then try deep water running in a pool.


  2. no! not when your injured!!!!!!!!!!

  3. when pro distance runners are hurt and they are recoverd to an extent they usually go into a deep end of a pool and run there usual workout,

  4. its better not to train at all..just let it heal and get better dont rush anything
