"Only the information provided by you in Part 2 will be provided to the selection panel who will determine your suitability to progress to the next stage. Detail all your relevant employment/self-employment (and unemployment). If you were employed by the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) during this period, give details of the employing Department and whether temporary, fixed-term or permanent"

I've only ever worked in retail, so do I list all my jobs, or leave it blank? (As it says RELEVANT)

  1. list all your employment, alongside relevant skills (like customer service?)

  2. If you've only ever worked in retail then I would not omit it, if you do you'll be left with a not existent work history.

Try and think of relevant things that you have done even if they were not work related.

  3. MAKE YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE RELEVANT.

Don't leave it blank. Think about what aspects of your previous employment would be useful in this position and highlight them in your job description.
