Think about what skills and personality traits they will be looking for, and how you can convince them you have them.  You must have said something right on the application form if they've called you for an interview, so look back at that.  Be ready to tell them why you want the position, what you will bring to it, including how you work with others.  Be as knowledgeable as possible about library processes and procedures (how items are arranged on the shelves, how people check them out, and so on).
