Try to be more original.  Everyone does the "My mom is so great because she does these things for me" so you might want to do a mini biography of her.  

I'm sure she has had interesting experiences from her childhood or college years she'd love to share with you.

while writing the essay just remember , what she has done for u , the comforts she left for u, and the love she gave when u most needed it.l

Decide what you want to say about your mother.  Do you want to write a piece about how similar you two are?  Or opposite you are?  How your relationship has changed for the better/worse over the years?  What you hate most, what you love most?  What you would miss if she wasn't there?  Maybe she isn't there and you wish she was & what would be the reasons behind wishing that?

Possibilities are endless.

just, honestly, describe your mother and write there her good deeds to you or to someone else.,just a suggestion.,but.,it's up to you what to write on your essay cause it's your mother who you've been told to write about.,;)

Just write about what you appreciate about her, the things she's done for you, what you admire in her, etc...
