I'm attending FIU and im commuting but i want to live on campus for spring 09.. FAFSA should cover it right?

Financial Aid should cover the difference from my parents EFC and the total correct? I live 45 minutes away from FIU and I know I wont have the willpower to drive back and forth. I know a few people who do it but with gas prices rising, I might as well live on campus and save money. I dont know. What do you think?

Can anyone tell me how it works if your major is at one campus but you need to taje general classes. Do you have to commute from one campus to the other during the day?
