It takes a little training, but you could be a medical transcriptionist at home and I believe they do okay $$$ wise.

Also try the companies that always have help lines based in India and S. America...if you speak English maybe you could get a job with one of them and work at home.

isn't*t hard to find something that don't charge you to be able to work from home? or ask you to sell something?
