I'm beginning to plan my sweet 16. Any ideas on venues or themes? Also, how much should a sweet 16 cost?

My birthday is on Valentine's day (feb. 14) and that actually falls on a Saturday next year. (2009) I'd love to have it on my birthday but i know thats going to be hard. I want to start planning asap :) I live on Long Island and we're willing to have it anywhere on LI or NYC. We're not sure of the budget yet, but we don't want to spend too much. I want it to be big and fun though :)

get a big tent set up tons of chairs and tabels and get a big cake top it off with some really cool music and a hot dance floor! Make sure there is ton of ballons!
