report them on the xbox live complaint....... if it doesnt work call microsoft and tell them. They probably will deactivate the harassers account

If it were me...I'd contact this person and inform them that if they didn't stop harassing me, I would turn them into the authorities, to put a stop to the harrassment.

Then if I got no satisfaction from this person (her leaving me alone) I would contact the police.

I would close your page down to friends only, block any people pages that are sending them to you, GO to there Profile page and l**k  on REPORT FOR ABUSE. but don't delete NOTHING OFF YOUR page till Yahoo can have a look at it, and if that does not work and you feel you are unsafe.

PLEASE  IF you feel the harassment you are experiencing is threatening, please file a complaint with your local police department. Please document and record all instances of harassment/threats and have the police contact Yahoo for more information.

AND never give out your personal info to no one and don't put it on  any other place on the web.
