I'm biking from latvia to estonia. What should I put in my f***y pack?

I'm not sure how far that is, but I would definitely take with me:

Money

Band-aids and Neosporin just in case!

Make sure to have LOTS of  water!

Sunglasses

ID

Any medication you take and aspirin

Credit card if you think you'll need it

Watch

Cell Phone

Protein bar to keep up your energy.

That should be the most important.  As long as you have money and your ID and a phone, and you have water to keep you hydrated, you should be ok.  I'm not sure what else you would need.  Do you need any travel papers, like a Passport, etc?  

You don't want your f***y pack to be too heavy and if there's something you can buy along the way, you can do that too.
