PMS is like the worst time of my life, I get stomach cramps, my b*****s get really tender and sore and I find myself crying at the slightest things. To be straight I'm best left alone around this time. Are there meds out there besides Midol for PMS? Because I've taken that numerous times and that doesn't seem to be helping none

  1. Yes, a lot of birth control (specifically the pill) is very helpful in tempering PMS.  The Nuva Ring also has done wonders for me!

  2. There are several treatments for PMS. You can discover below.

  3. You could have more than just PMS.  By going to this site, http://www.healthyplace.com/communities/... you can find out if you think you have PMDD (severe PMS) or not.

You should talk to your doctor, tell them all of your symptoms, and ask about Yaz or Yasmin, which can help greatly.
