My basement is infested with fleas, so I bought some flea bombs/foggers. I'm not sure what to take out of my basement. Here is a list of things that are down there:

- Food/Water Bowls

- Chairs With Cusions, Table

- Cat/Dog Beds

- Litter Boxes

- Shelves With Stuff On Them

- Old Hamster Cage

- Decorative Things, Like a Fake Plant

- Two Rabbit Hutches

My rabbits live in the hutches, but they are living upstairs in smaller indoor cages until I fog the basement. Do I need to take the hutches out, or just the bowls that are inside them? Do I need to cover up the table or something? Thanks! I just don't want to leave something in there that shouldn't be fogged.

  1. just in case, everything. cuz if its an animals, animal could probably get sick from their bed or cage.

  2. Food/Water Bowls and be sure to cut any pilot lights off. (Water heater or furnace)

  3. Everything because it could harm your animals. You don't want to take any chances.

  4. everything

  5. Since we don't have fleas here in the desert, I looked it up.  Here are some instructions.  The most important part seems to be treating your pets with something like Frontline BEFORE using the bug bomb.
