I actually have 2 questions.
I really don't do a lot now a days. I'm usually home all day except some weekends. I like to watch TV and be on the computer. However, I do like to go places it is just that I live about 30 minutes away from most of my friends. Also, some I've lost because I don't do sports or anything anymore or for whatever reason and I don't know anyone around where I live. ?1: What should I do to go places more so that I'm not bored all the time? Also, whenever I am bored, I tend to eat. I've gained a lot of weight because I had to quit dancing and now I don't do much. ?2: So, I just got an old exercise bike, do you think I'll lose weight if I ride it whenever I'm watching TV. I watch A LOT of TV.
