I'm breastfeeding, Is it normal to get lumps in one side of your breast that lasts several days?

i get them only in one of my breast very often and i tend to get worried

should i worry?

it is probably clogged. you should clear it or it can get infected. put a very warm washcloth on it and massage a few times a day it will help clear it. i got those a couple times.

It can happen when milk ducts get full.  When you nurse on that side, massage the bumps and see if they go down.

It sounds like a blocked duct.  Put a warm pad on it or take a warm bath.  That will help with the swelling and expel the blockage.  I noticed it also when I would get engourged.
