if you want to buy a house, first plan and check what kind of house you like. if you have a family, how big it would be. the place, is it convenient to commute from your house to your work? is it near the market/malls,etc for shopping? the building, how long this house had been built? materials, are the materials being used in this house durable? the price, compare prices to each other/don't decide right away/you have to look for another source if needed/etc.

*the most thing you have to do is make your own sketch of your house dream and apply your sketch/compare to those that are available for sale.
