I'm buying my first horse but....?

it seems everything is extremely difficult! i loved this horse when she lived at the same barn as me. the owner moved her to another barn and stopped riding her. she is young and quirky and really needs a lot more riding than what she is currently obtaining. When the owner rides her she just lets her gallop for 10-20 minutes then gets off. Everyone says that this owner has ruined this horse and that shes too much horse for her. So id like to buy her keep her at the barn and lease her to the current I should do for a lease contract[her parents are divorced and try to get back at each other any way possible] and how i should let her know that she is MY horse, and she can't just take her in the woods and gallop her around carelessly

hi, i ride, i won a horse, you should definitly talk to her, it absolutly not fair what she is doing, you should surely tell her to stop or try riding the horse yourself more often.
