I'm calling a friend & everytime all i get is a busy signal. its cell 2 cell so im wondering if there is a problem with his phone or what the deal is. Please help.

Yeah, sounds like there's a problem going on with the cell companies.  Either on your end or theirs.  

Wait a few min and try again.  If not, call your cell co and ask what is going on.
