  1. I eat a lot of Zoe's products because they are 100% natural

  2. special k

  3. There are quite a few that are healthy for you.

My favorite is Quaker Chewy Low Fat Chocolate Chunk which is 90 calories.

Soy-Joy, Nutribar, Nature Bar, and Raw.

Pick the bars that are natural, organic, and healthy with no unecessary additives.

You want to stay away from carb or sugar loaded bars.

    Good luck =)

  4. I would skip that and get some protein shake. www.myprotein.co.uk and have that instead. Stay away from the cereal bars as they are packed full of sugar and sugar will make you store fat!

  5. your better off packing a small meal or a "snack meal" for when the hunger strikes. if you can't though there are many options, most don't taste that great. i like the fiber one chocolate chip... promax has some good ones also (with these i eat half now... and half later or another day)

Just watch the calories, fat and sugar. remember that whole food sources are always better than manufactured ones.

so check out some fruit and veggies. the best plan is always the one that you can stick to.

    good luck!

  6. Umm, now forgive me if I'm wrong here but energy bars...  These are constituted to provide you with loads of readily available energy when you really need it, not as an in between meal snack.  If you aren't burning that energy off then you may just as well be eating candy, because the effect will be the same!

At least that's my impression, far cheaper to snack on a few sultanas or raisins (just enough to fill the cup of your hand - not heaped - when the fingers are open) if you need a pre exercise boost.

  7. Any Nature Valley Bars, Luna Bars, Cliff Bars, just hit the snack aisle and there are tons nowadays.

  8. There are alot of misconceptions about protein and energy bars. Here is a great article that will help you out...
