I'm confused about my chart...please help? ?

Question

I started taking Vitex this month to help with my luteal phase, which was only five days last month. Could anyone here tell me when I ovulated or if I have? Thanks:)

going by your chart i'd say you did on the 20th. the temp shows a dominant jump and you had the ewcm. Mind you your temps are all over the place from day 1 of the meds so best to give it a few weeks for your body to get used to it. i'd say consider this months a no go and jump back in next month. good to see your getting in lots of practice though!!

It looks like you ovulated on the 25th. My chart shows a dip on ovulation day and it shows that's when I ovulated.
