I'm confused about the big coupon clipping hub bub????

How is it that people are spending approx $35 on groceries worth $150??? What is the secret in coupon clipping? I thought you could only use one coupon per item; is this not the case?

i am one of those coupon clippers, i can feed my whole family (3) on under a hundred dollars a month the trick is to collect as many coupons from where ever you can find them, i use the sunday newspaper,websites, magazines,etc.and then you use them with your weekly store sale ads and also by shopping at the stores that offer double coupons for example giant eagle has cheerios on sale for $2.00 a box i have a coupon for .75 cents off the store doubles it thats .50 cents for a box of cereal i just buy the items that are on sale that week with the coupons i have also i dont look at the coupons as pieces of paper i see $1.00,.75,$1.50  it really does work with a little bit of time and effort but it can also be very rewarding so try it and have some fun also you can only use one coupon per item but if you have more than one coupon you can buy as many of that item that you have coupons for good luck
