I'm confused can anyone help me? ?

i'm suppose to write a 500 word essay about describing how i have demonstrated my leadership abilities in and out of school and how will it help me out later in the future.? but i'm still a little confuse by when they say leadership. could someone please give me a little example on how has leadership helped you in life.

like leading a group, positively taking charge, like one time we were doing a bae sale but it was really chaotic until my friend and I got everything under controll. Its like being the boss in a good way.

leadership - volunteer experience (helping others), leading demonstrations, leading others....., student body (ASB) is a form of leadership. maybe you helped others in your classes (help with homework), taking on responsibilities....

leadership as in extracurricular activites. Were you the president of a club or organization. Have you ever been a team leader at work. Maybe in groups at school etc etc. They want to know how you have helped to lead other people in your life (whether it be at school or in the community).
