I noticed that he always glance at me.. ( I'm sure )

I'm glad that he did it... I really want to be his friend again ( 2 years ago we are best friend ) .. So I ask some of his friend his cellphone number..

Then, I text him .. when I tell him who I am.. he don't reply.. why is that?
