  1. it's the same as a "regular" agent - which is 100% commission.  

    It's actually an IRS thing.  Agents are independent contractors.  If you were salaried, you would be an employee.


  2. I've seen both situations.  My Realtor was commission only.  Some brokerage firms offer salary.
