I'm considering buying an X Box 360. ?

I went to my freinds house and was playing his and playing Halo3.

And I dont want a PS3. But What are the expenses and I herd I had to pay 50$ every year just to go over the internet. Arrg...

Given console prices have changed since this was posted, but still, overall the PS3 is cheaper...

Well, if you want to play online, your gonna want the Xbox 360 Bundle, which comes with a Xbox LIVE microphone, 1 free month of Xbox LIVE, a wireless controller, and a HDD (aka Hard Drive) to save your memory, and of course the console which would cost you $400. If you want to buy Halo 3, that would cost you $50-$60. And, if you buy Xbox LIVE for a year, you have to pay $62 (1 payment). The Xbox LIVE cost ticks me off too, they need to make it free.

i would recommend getting a 360 my brother has one and he has halo 3 as well and he seems addicted/attached to it. he says its really fun.

u can also by xbox live cards monthly. in which u can play with ur friends live/online on the 360.

Xbox 360 is a really good system. However it costs a lot of money. Although the expenses cost $50 it is only about 5 bucks every month. I reccomend getting the premium, because the accessories cost like $50 dollars a piece (controllers, games, etc.)
