I'm considering taking a job with Time Warner Cable. How does their tuition assistance program work?

I actually work for TWC in N.E. Ohio division. For tuition assistance you have to be a full time or part time employee of six months who works 25 hr or more a week. The only way TWC will assist to pay 100% for the tuition, lab fees, and textbooks, if the company feels it is job-related with a maximum expense of $5,250.00 for ft and $2,500.00 for pt employees.
