I'm craving Dominican cooking?

Question

I have searched the internet trying to find this dish I tasted once so I can perhaps re create it.

I believe it's a salf fish (cod fish) dish from the Dominican Republic. It has spice and hot peppers and is like an appetizer that can be eaten with crackers.

If You know where I can get this recipe or you know how to make this dish I'd gladly appreciate. Thanks.
