'Lo! I'm an aspiring writer who lives, well, in a forest, practically, a few miles out of a particularly small town, well away from any form of creative stimulation, I really want to write, like my head is like full of ideas and projects I really really want to get done before I loose them, but I can't get them to flow out, everything is either mediocre or just will not come. It's, well it's like there's a blockage somewhere between my brain and my fingertips. Does anyone have anything to recommend to like, click something inspirational in place, or perhaps an exercise to cure this horrid thing? I'd appreciate it tenfold!

Thanks <3

  1. start journaling your thoughts

    however random they may be,

    write every day

----even if it isn't something that is 'going anywhere'

don't try to make the journal "into a story or project"

the important thing is to write...

    whatever is going on,

    whatever you notice,

    whatever you are thinking.

this exercise will help you focus

and it will also put onto paper

the things you are afraid you will forget

so you can kind of forget them

and focus on your current project whatever it may be.

    daily

    pick something

    and describe it in detail.

read back through your journal when you have a blocked brain,

it will help you find a direction.

  5. Get out of that small forest! Go travel, and maybe some ideas will come along with the new scenery.

  6. i have an idea but not sure you will do it. Go outside and scream for a long time. then come back inside and sit down and think. since you live in a forest i don't think people will hear you. only you know that.

  7. ill help ya out message me i write all the time

  8. Have a sleep in the day and wake up at the middle of night and start writing under the moonlight.

  10. There is something called a labrynth maze. It's sort of never ending and makes your brain open up and helps work through problems and you go through it.

However there is something to be said for getting back in touch with the human race for a moment then returning home.

If all else fails...... m********e and/or have s*x. That can perk anyoneup!

  11. Just write, Don't think. Forget a\all your ideas for a sec and just write what comes to you even if it's non sense. and when you do star a project don't worry so much about spelling are how it sounds Just write. After you finish a page you can go back and change whatever you want, it is your story and you can make it into anything. If you try to get it perfect the first time you will lose your mind.
