A H4 Visa does not allow you to get a job so it is best to change it to a working visa H1.  The best way to do this is to see if you are qualified.

H2B visa is available to employers of foreign workers not working in the agricultural field. This visa is only available for work that is temporary in nature. For H2B purposes, that means:
