However, I Don't know how to post a website online with a working URL address for example www.mywebsite.com

You need two things,

1) Buy a domain name.  This just means you go to a website like godaddy(for example) and purchase a name such as in your example, mywebsite.com.  You can think of this like a shingle that you hang up in front of your house.

2)Now that you have a website you need to host it somewhere. Think of the host as the actual house.  This is where you will store your website, and make it available for people to see.  Some websites, like godaddy, provide a domain name service and a hosting service.  But there are many places that  you can go, some sell only domain names, some sell only hosting, and of course some sell both.

Thats it, now just upload the website you made to the webhost and give out your domain name so people can check it out.
