I'm currntly in the military, I plan on becoming an actor after I get out. Where do I start?

Actually, you have already started. I don't know about the American military but I have friends in the Canadian military.  Part of their training consisted of being able to memorize quickly - good skill for an actor, yes?

Another thing you can do now, before you get out is get involved with the American Association of Community Theatre.  They have chapters within the military. See below.

You do not say anything about a theatrical background, so I will assume you have none.  You start in a city that has good opportunity for acting, such as Atlanta, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Etc. Then you locate community theatres and start auditioning for plays. Contact me when you are stateside.
