I'm deaf and i can't get social security ?

i'm deaf so i should get social security but they say we make too much money. and i lost my hearing aid recently at the fair and NO ONE would help me get them they just say we make to much money even we're in debt

i live in roanoke VA usa if that matters

  1. Apply  soc sec  disability.  But  wont  get  Medicare  for 2  years if you qualify and they do not  back pay while  being  decided.  Get  as  much  medical and  employment history as  about  3 pages of  questions on paper then a appointment  basically same  in  person.  


  2. do you mean SSI or SSDI????  you can do any job you want -why on earth would you declare yourself disabled.  get an education and a good job.  visit the local community college to discuss your options & sign up for the school insurance which will help with your medical bills.

    but u should be able to get meda cade they shoould be able to cover that our call their local office you may need to find the Va public health trust they will help ya get a heairing aid

Living in the Communist-Wealth of Virginia should not matter but since Virginia is a communist-wealth state they have it in their heads that they can ignore federal regulations and they do exactly that. I live in this worthless state, sorry to say, and I know just how the state can be. Contact the Social Security Administration Headquarters out of Washington DC and protest the matter.
