  2. What a pain in the butt. Just stick to being a vegetarian.

  3. Breads can have milk in them. Eggs too. You would have to shop for vegan breads or choose breads that don't have dairy. For instance, most french breads have flour, water and oil. A standard wheat bread may have milk and/or eggs and also honey. A bread like challah will definately have eggs. Many baked goods require milk products. If you are choosing to eat no meat(animals), but will allow products FROM animals, like honey and milk, then you will have an easier time choosing breads, otherwise you will be reading a lot of labels. You would also, then, not be vegan, but vegetarian, but you probably already know that.

  4. google it and see. dont ask me because i eat steak and hamburger and chicken and seafood and lamb all day long and ive never felt guilty!

  5. Most breads don't have dairy in it. You just really have to check the labels.

As a vegan, it's all about reading the label and checking the ingredients.

  6. bread is wheat..what are they talking about

  7. go to google and type in

    vegan foods

    im a veg too =]

  8. Read packages very, very carefully. Some breads do have dairy, others do not. Or, if you're in a large city, find a vegan baker!

  9. bread may contain egg. so if you are against eating eggs then I suppose you can't eat bread.

But make sure you're still eating all the foods and right servings on the food pyramid. just substitute meat for tofu or other sources of protein. I have a friend that went vegan and he isn't eating quite right so he looks kind of malnutricious.

  10. bag the vegan fad... there's no reason, meat is good and healthy for you, it's a natural food for humans.  the craze of veganism is a bit mundane now that everyone is doing it.

my advice, eat what you want!  but be rational

  11. ask the store guys u buy stuff rom..

    bread is wheat.
