I'm deeply in love with this guy and he is with me but why do I blush and get shy around guys?

How do you explain that behaviour?

I mean I thought being shy is because I'm not in any relationship, but now I AM, why do I still feel that way??!

Bah, you could be married, but talking to a man you find attractive whether physically, or mentally, will put you in that way.

It's nature.  We blush when we're around someone we find the least bit attractive.  It doesn't mean you're a Jezebel, or that there is something wrong with you; on the contrary, it is a reminder that you are human.  :)
