I'm desparet to lose all this digusting fat ?

I've sorted out a diet, i just need exercise now

i can't go to the gym untill the 4th of September because we get in free at my school gym and thats when we start school again (for year 11)

the cheapest tredmill i have found is £75 and im going to a carboot at the cheltenham racecourse 2moz to see if they have anything cheaper there. anyone no any tredmills that are cheaper and i cant find any on ebay that are near to my house, cause we will have to pick it up. xxxx

  1. Desperate *

    All you need to do is eat healthy, do not eat any fried food (fries,burger ect.) eat vegetables. You can treat yourself by eating some junk food only once a week.

    The best way is to do at least 10 sit ups, then increase the amounts you do the next day, and speed walking is good too.Go swimming.

    & If one of your friends/family has a Wii, play Wii sports.

Well before that go and walk around your block, then switch to jogging, and eventually running.  Watch what you eat and start eating lighter meals.  Watch how much you eat too!  Start off with eating breakfast, it gets your metabolism working, I usually choose Cheerios, they are good for you and not too high in calories.  Fruits are good, yogurt, rice cakes, oatmeal, stuff like that....

    Running turns fat to muscle
