  1. depends on the source of the majority of the calories in your diet.  there is much more to weight loss than cals in vs. cals out, the source of calories is more important.  the less processed foods in your diet the faster you will lose fat, they have nothing except negative effects on the endocrine system.

  2. You have to say what exactly you are eating nowadays and your daily activity patterns. But some easy tips are:

    1. Eat lots of fruits and salads in every meal. Avoid fruits like bananas, mangoes and pineapples.

    2. Eat high protein diets only during lunch. Avoid a siesta afterwards.

    3. Avoid Rice, Potatoes, and similar products.

    4. Reduce oil, butter, cheese intake.

    5. Do not eat proteins at dinner time.

  3. As long as your Diet is designed to speed up your metabolism, you are guarantee to lose weight.

  4. I am going to give you some very basic information you need to know to lose weight.  You may not like them, but it is the most effective way to lose weight.  You need to eat high nutritious foods, lay off the sugar as much as possible, eat more small frequent meals exercise 5-6 times a week!  No short cuts and it is long lasting!

  5. Holy cow, aren't we all?!

Low calorie dieting doesn't work, because even if you do manage to lose some weight, you gain it all back, plus more, when you give in and go off the punishing diet.

This book has a lot of great information, "Lean & Free 2000 Plus" you can get it used on amazon.com for a great price.

You have to find something you can live with for the rest of your life.

    Good luck!

Additional information: you're probably hungry all the time, right?  You need to add in more vegetables, and where is the whole grain?  And add in some healthy snacks.  You're doing low carb and low calorie.  Don't torture yourself.

  6. Well to lose weight you also have to excersise on top of a diet. And keep in mind that cheating can set you back by weeks so stick to it. Good luck! =)

  7. It depends on how bad you want it. I have found that if someone wants to lose weight they have to want it bad enough. they can say ugh i want to lose weight and they will go on a diet for 2 days and give up because they didn't lose anything but its because they aren't motivated enough. So here are some tips that i have learned...eat your biggest meal of the day in the morning for breakfast...and you can have a snack between breakfast and lunch. then for lunch have the last of your carbs for the day and have another (carb free) snack. then for dinner have a lean meat and veggies or maybe if you don't really like to cook you could just make a can of chicken noodle soup for 150 calories and be done eating for the day....that is what i do and don't tell yourself that you can't have a certain food because that will only make you want it more and then when you finally give in because it is impossible to give up a food you love you will be so disappointed in yourself that you will give up on your whole healthy diet and then you will be where you started again! anyway i hope this helped! =) good luck you can do it....here is a site with some good motivation and workout ideas and recipes: www.self.com
