I'm dizzy, nauseous, tired, hungry, sensitivity to strong odors, increased urination and slight headaches,?

What do you think it could be? I know that it is not carbon monoxide , menopause (I'm 26) or kidney stones? I husband and I recently had a miscarriage in May with our first pregnancy of twins. Do you think I could be pregnant, again? Help I really need your advise.

Don't get your hopes up if you are ttc! But, it does sound like pregnancy to me. Do your b***s hurt? Have any slight bleeding? Those could also be signs of pregndncy but the only way you know for sure is a blood test at the doctor.
