Ok, so I'm doing an entertaining speech and I'm doing it on psychics.

What can I talk about to make it both funny and interesting?

It has to be 3 minutes long :)

BTW, I don't believe in psychics myself x)

well you can start off by stating your speach is on pyschic then say oh and i know what your thinking it is not like that..
