You could talk about the effects of chocolate on your brain and how it influences your behavior through neurotransmitter releases. Hypothesis: Chocolate can increase your feeling of happiness by increasing the level of serotonin secretion and therefore making you feel happier. There are lots of reference and lots of research to show how chocolate effects the brain.

talk about how it is an aphrodisiac, how it releases endorphins, how women prefer it over s*x, how swtizerland is the chocolate capital of the world, talk about all the different types of chocolate,. dark light sweet semi sweet, bitter, white, etc.. talk about its history, who invented it,. talk about the cocoa plant and where it can be found, talk about the major chocolate companies,. nestle, hershies, etc..

and just as a special treat,  you should buy some individually packed reeces pieces or like bite size snickers or mars bars,. and give 1 to each student to enjoy while you are giving the 3 min speech.
