I'm doing a project about designing posters about going green, anything ideas?

Something I think that would be original would be to suggest yard sales.  Rather than just making a poster on recycling and ect, you can do a more innovative approach, promote yard sales.  This way you are not throwing away your old stuff into landfills, but rather "recycle" them to someone else.  One mans trash is another mans treasure :)

going green is just the latest bland form of consumerism. In other words 'what can I buy to make me feel good'. Why don't you do a poster on conservation. That was the original focus of the environmental movement that people like David Brower, John Muir and others were passionate about.  In other words protecting the few wild places left on the planet from development (such as 'green condo's for example).
