I'm doing a project on medival pueberty and how they handled it, I need to know what women used as bras and as pads for periods and also I need to know how women gave birth in medival times. No comments just answer questions if your going to leave comments please leave an answer with it.

I don't think medieval women bothered with bras, just clothed themselves, sometimes in ways that would accentuate their bosom.  Menstrual flow has often in history, including Medieval times, by using cloths/rags.  They gave birth pretty much the same way they do now, normally with the help of relatives or midwives.
