Question

What would make a great tea room in your eyes? Would you prefer something more pub like, what kind of food, decor? What do you like about tea, favorite flavors, favorite foods to go with it?

What is it that might make a tea room uncomfortable? Comfortable? I want to be sure to develop a environment that is comfortable for everyone. Thanks for any help you can give.~KC

To my mind tea rooms make me think of old ladies after church, but I know that's just a tired old stereotype.    I think you could make it really cool though, especially if there is like tea's from around the world.  Or some of the unusual and strong flavours like Lap sang soo chang (?) or the energizing teas like ginseng, that can give you a head rush like a strong coffee can.  I tried some really cool spiced tea a while ago from India, that was good.  It had like chilli and pepper and ginger in it.
