and are the Austrians Bi-lingual and speak English or Italian

Your going to love this route! It should take you a few hours if I remember right but the scenery is very beautiful! Its been about two years since Ive driven this, but if I remember right many of the gas station attendents spoke english, italian and german. Make sure you check the weather before heading out, and remember that the tolls are high driving through here. Also make sure to buy a sticker before entering Austria! You can buy one at most stations before entering the country. If you dont have a sticker and plan on using a major highway YOU WILL be fined. Good luck
