  1. Personally, I'd not go shopping on Black Friday if you are that close. Maybe nothing will happen, but it's best to be safe. You can send others out there with a list of items you want to buy.

Most shopping malls are crowded that day, so perhaps just this once, take it easy on yourself and your little one.

  2. hello! i think that first one was a *****! i think it is totally fine and just like me that you are worried about shoip[ping black friday! i was almost due last year too and we went! it is my favorite day of the year i think ! i would say go and get those baby clothes! and whatever else you want. and about it being crowded, i live in california but i would thin kthat everywhere is going to be quite crowed,  but if you think about it you're gonna go into labor somewhere! so why not shopping! anyway, i dont know if you have other children but it usually takes hours and hours after you first go into labor. and both times i was pregnant i was also at least a week late, so i think that if your due then its safe to say you may actually have the baby later too. but thenm again you may not! either way i dont thin kthat shopping will make  you go into labor and even if you did just leave! hope you have fun! i know i cant wait!

fyi, i was watching the news this morning and they actually had a consumer researcher guy on that said that black fiday was the day to shop for the best deals on big ticket items like tvs and computers and stuff, he said the  last 2 weeks till christmas would be the best prices for items $50 to $70. dont know what you're looking oyther than the clothes but just thought id mention it! have fun! i know i cant wait!

  3. You are OK to go shopping for Black Friday, make sure you are rested the night before.  If you could bring some one along with you would be an ideal.  Don't reach too much or climbing, or shuffling.....etc ( you don't want to break your water in the mall....lal)  If you're tired, rest, breath....then shop again....have fun.

  6. Due dates can be fickle - I myself was 2 weeks early, so they can be off.

The most important thing is how you feel that morning.  If you feel your old self, and you are willing to pace yourself, you could try it.  Taking someone along is a Really Good Idea, in case your water should break unexpectedly.

Pacing yourself is key.  Black Fridays tend to be way crowded. Be willing to take more frequent breaks.

If you start to feel tired, pack it in.

    Hope this helps.

  7. Well dear no matter where you go shopping on Black Friday it's going to be severely crowded.. that's a given.. you should know this if your a seasoned shopper or have ever worked retail..

You can try to go shopping.. you will be a few days away from your due date, but still all the walking and activity can cause you to go into early labor... so if you do go, be prepared just in case you do go into labor.
